Ya, you just have to buy the program. Which if remember right is about $60. But it is awesome!!!! You can do so much with it other than making scrapbooking pages. It is really good for photo editing as well! LOVE IT and highly recommend it!
Also, what's even better is all the digital paper, stickers, etc can be used over and over and over again! Plus you don't have to worry about cutting up your pictures. And another great thing is, I HATE my handwriting! This way I can just type :)
